Greetings from Eura Brown Elementary School! We are a K-5 school located right off Rainbow Drive in Gadsden, Alabama. The small three room school that was built in the early 1950’s to serve the families of the neighborhood has grown into a large facility serving over 400 students. We have grown and changed with the times but there is one constant – we all thrive in a learning community that does not settle for mediocrity, but holds fast to a long tradition of excellence. Our students are conscientious learners and take pride in their achievements. Each year grade level achievement test scores are in the 80th percentile and above on the standardized assessments in reading and math. Come visit our school and experience a wonderful learning environment where every child is challenged to strive for excellence.
It is the mission of Eura Brown Elementary School to provide a well-balanced program of innovative elementary school experiences which will meet the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs of its students in a constantly changing, technologically driven, global, multi-cultural society.

Red Cross Hat Day
April 11th, 2013
Eura Brown Elementary is proud to support the Etowah County Chapter of the American Red Cross. Today students and staff donated to the Red Cross for the privilege of wearing a hat or cap to school. We donned hats of every shape, color, and size, all in fun and for a good cause.
